All items are hand made by our manufacturing partner, so there may be slight variations from online images. Items purchased directly from our website are returnable within 30 days from purchase. The return will only be accepted if you have contacted us prior to sending it back as a return authorization is needed. Please email us at returns@jinglebunnies.com. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.
